Everybody at the Beethoven Hall still remembered the magic moments which Timur Imametdinov - Nina Bezzubova, GER, produced during last years final of the GrandSlam Stuttgart. The spectators dispensed one of the standing ovations for their Jive and came close do to the same on other occasions. Well, they did the same this year, but it seemed a lot less spontaneous now. Whether that had anything to do with the fact that Timur and Nina left the region and dance for another club in the north of Germany, we don't know.
Their dancing was good and so were their scores. With 189 points they equalled their best GrandSlam total which they had achieved by coming in second at the 2016 GrandSlam Final.
