The members of the WDSF Communications team have arrived in Chengdu last night, after a long journey. The airport pick-up and the transfer to the hotel were efficiently organised. The same cannot be said about the immigration process at the Beijing Airport: two hours of queuing ... Good thing that some of us had a few weeks of training in Barcelona.
Today, at 9 a.m., we had our first meeting with the host broadcaster. A true premiere in itself! In previous years such meetings were held on the day of the event, just hours prior to the start of production - and always without any margin to allow for final adjustments. Here we are, with 24 hours to go until the first round of the 2017 World ShowDance Latin is recorded as the ultimate check of all systems, and everythings seems to be heading in the right direction.
Let's see whether you will notice an increase in the quality of this year's programmes.
