WDSF Judging and Assessment Course

The course will focus on:
 

1. The evolution of WDSF Judging System.
2. Principles of Absolute Judgement.
3. Definition and usage of Performance Assessment Standards(PAS)
4. Definition and usage of Indicative Qualities (IQs)
5. Practical Assessment.

The course is highly recommended for all judges who wish to be qualified to operate the JS 2.1 system and proficient in the method of assessment in order to be eligible to be selected to judge events using JS 2.1.  This course will also fulfil the main entry requirements for upgrading of WDSF Adjudicators Licenses from B to A.

The entry requirements for WDSF Adjudicator's to advance from License B to License A are:

1. Minimum of 1 year from the date of issuance of WDSF License B excluding any period of suspension if any.
2. Must have judged 5 WDSF competitions.
3. Must have successfully attended the "WDSF JS 2.1 Methods of judging and Assessment" and passed all related examinations.

All licensed adjudicators who attend this course will also be recorded as having attended a congress.

Application form

All participants can choose to attend any of the 2 congresses/course or both. The cost is as follows:

1.    8 and 9th Aug 2015 - "WDSF JS 2.1 Methods of judging and Assessment Course" = CHF 250- 2 days(Euro 245 or equivalent)

2.    10th Aug 2015 - WDSF Adjudicator's Congress - CHF 100- 1 day(Euro 97 or equivalent)

3.    16th Aug 2015 - WDSF Chairman' Congress - CHF 100(Euro 97 or equivalent)
