I lost my e-Card password. How can I recover it?

Keeping you passwords safe

Your e-Card password is like any other password you have. Please make sure you store it in a safe place like a password manager (1Password, KeePass, Password book, etc.) so you will be able to access it anytime you need it.

Recovering your e-Card password

You can recover your e-Card password by accessing your WDSF website account here.

If you can't remember your user name or password please follow the links "I forgot my username, remind me." or "I forgot my password, send me instructions to reset my password" on the same page.
If you are unsuccessful in recovering access to your account please contact your federation for help.

DO NOT create a new account as that will not show you the e-Card password.

Once you have logged in go to the My Detail -> Membership section:

 Your e-Card password is indicate in the e-Card password column.
