Calling on YOU! 21/02/2011

Yellow Card

Prior to the roll-out of this site, Heidi Goetz started to screen the data IDSF has on file for the holders of an Adjudicator's or Chairperson's licence.

Heidi discovered that it was not very much ... and that a good part of that seemed to be outdated too! Through this section and some of the site's features, we have now the opportunity to correct that. But for this we must call on YOU to help us!

All licensed IDSF officials in good standing will have their very own "home" here. That's a micro-site that states not only their name, status, disciplines and country, but that is geared up to reveal much more.

The official's competition history reflects all events where he or she adjudicated in the past. General information includes licence number, date of issue, etc. ... Even the contact details!

Check out Heidi Goetz's exhaustive entry in the IDSF Adjudicators' database, click here!

Over the coming weeks, all officials on record will be contacted by IDSF. They will receive an e-mail from [email protected] with the subject "Your Account at WorldeDanceSport.Org." It will inform the addressee that an account has been activated, and it will provide log-in instructions, username and password for him/her to complete/change the personal information according to his/her preferences.

The personal information we gather from our officials is for the exclusive and non-public use by IDSF Administration, strictly under the terms of the IDSF Privacy Policy. Only if an official agrees, and informs IDSF accordingly, would his/her e-mail address, etc. be made public on the site too. But then: who wouldn't want to be listed with at least one contact detail - an e-mail address - in a directory that serves the event organisers to select their panels of Adjudicators from?
