2015 PD World Latin II 08/11/2015

Dresden, GER - 7 November © Roland Approximately 12 hours after the World Championship ended last night in Dresden, GER, we still don't have the results published on this website. We have them from the Open Standard that was also held as part of the Saxonian Dance Classics, but for the main event we - and you - have to look elsewhere for the time being.

WDSF Communications team member Helmut Roland, who was supported by his wife and dance partner Eleonore on this occasion, was able to transmit his files from Dresden. Their photos and videos will get added to the WDSF YouTube channel DanceSport Total throughout today and tomorrow. Below is the first clip: the dance of honour by and an interview with the new WDSF PD World Champions Latin.

The win by Andrey Zaytsev and Anna Kuzminskay was as convincing as it was emotional. With a total of 193.17 points in the final they were up by almost six over the first runners-up, Pavel Pasechnik - Marta Arndt, GER, by 13 over the second runners-up, Vitaly Panteleev - Angelina Nechkhaeva, RUS.

In the end, Andrey and Anna got the gold that they were denied as amateurs!
