2019 PD Super Grand Prix Standard | Koper, SLO 29/09/2019

A cooperation between DSFS and FIDS organized several major events in Koper, Slovenia. The place was the Convention & Congress Center Hall Europe with a very nice ballroom and a wonderfull view to the sea. The venue was completely filled with spectators. So there was a very good atmosphere for wonderful dancing in all competitions. 


   


WDSF PD had invited the couples for the last Super Grand Prix Latin in 2019. 25 couples had come to compete. Gabriele Goffredo - Anna Matus from Moldova won the competition. Vincenzo Mariniello - Sara Casini from Italy achieved runners-up position.




Nicolay Darin - Natalia Seredina from Moldova won the PD Open Standard competition ahead of Andres Liiv - Kristin Vaha from Estonia, who achieved runners-up position.


The event also included some high level amateur competitions. The WDSF World Open New Series Latin competition started with 117 couples. 




At the end Armen Tsaturyan - Svetlana Gudyno from Russian Federation won the competition. Second place was given to Andrey Gusev - Vera Bondareva from Russian Federation.


And we saw the WDSF International Open Standard competition with 128 couples starting in Koper. 



Francesco Galuppo - Debora Pacini from Italy won the competition ahead of Vadim Shurin - Anastasia Meshkova from Latvia, who achieved runners-up position.
