Question being: is that the best we can come up with in terms of referring to top-level athletes beyond the age of 35?

... take to the floor at the at the Double Tree by Hilton - Toronto Airport Hotel tomorrow, 16 April.

The organisers around Oleg and Silva Yedlin are on a mission, again, to bring "world class, quality adjudicators and dancers from around the globe to the shores of North America," and to introduce "a world class DanceSport event to the North American audience in the heart of Canada's entertainment and event metropolis."

If one looks at the entries in this year's World Senior I DanceSport Decathlon, the organisers should succeed in their mission!
