A number of Salsa competitions are scheduled throughout the year in both countries - some of them coinciding with competitions in Latin and Standard, others as stand-alone.

The Colombian DanceSport Federation lists the events it organises in the 2014 Agenda.

The Mexican Federation promotes its events through the website: www.femexbaile.com!

The next event scheduled in Mexico takes place on 8 June. It is made up of national opne competitions for all age groups and in all Salsa disciplines: www.salsasportmexico.com
