Bremen's football team Werder had another mediocre season in the Bundesliga. Did that free some column space in the local media for another Bremen team?  In the first few days of May, Grün-Gold, the city's Latin Formation team, generated as much interest by the regional press and television as did Werder.

Broadcaster Radio Bremen followed Grün-Gold every step of the way: from Bremen to Vienna and back!
