The IDSF Open competition was organized for the first time by the LORIGO Dancesport Club in the traditional City Sport Hall of Szombathely in Hungary. In the previous nine year national championships were organized and tenth time as a jubilee the competition was transferred to an international dance program. The public could enjoy a very nice dance evening with three IDSF Open categories and national competitions in seven categories altogether with 150 couples. In the evening final the visitors of the competition could see for the first time the Hungarian Boogie-Woogie Championship which was received with a great interest. Also the IDSF Open competition were meet with great success. The winner couple of the IDSF Open Latin was Jurij Batagelj-Jagoda Strukelj.
