2016 World Formation STD © Roland 13 formation teams representing nine nations entered the 2016 World DanceSport Championship Formation Standard that was held on 4 December in Pecs, HUN. Maybe a few teams and countries less than in previous editions, but given the fact that the championship was not awarded to the organisers until late October, that was still a respectable participation.

Maybe Mongolia and its formations were missed most to give it all the Asian touch.

Over the coming days we will upload the recorded performances of all the semi-finalists to our YouTube channel DanceSport Total and here. Below are the new World Champions, Vera Tyumen, RUS, with theirs.
