Dance Accord 2012 was the new and trendy name for the Russian Open DanceSport Championships that were held once more at the Moscow Crocus Expo over a period of seven days.

Thousands of dancers from all over the world competed in 24 different events for all age groups. The WDSF Communications team reported extensively on the World Youth Ten Dance and the penultimate regular leg of the GrandSlam Standard Series. Here ...

Prior to Dance Accord, the WDSF PD European Championships Latin and Standard were held in Velenje. The Slovenian mining city is partner with nearby Maribor as the European Capital of Culture for the year 2012. And the championships for the professionals were staged as an official "Capital of Culture" event. Here ...
