Shanghai Showdown 13/12/2013

Oriental Sports Centre

Luwan Stadium, the venue where the GrandSlam Finals were held for the past two years, is undergoing renovation at the moment. It is for this reason that the 2013 edition of  the pinnacle event in the DanceSport calendar has been assigned to a new location.

The Oriental Sports Centre is a sprawling complex of facilities catering to sports as diverse as swimming and ice hockey.  Tomorrow night from 7:30 p.m., the huge indoor arena that is part of the complex will be the backdrop to the GrandSlam Finals.

Over the next few days, a WDSF Communications team is working from the Oriental Sports Centre to bring you coverage on the two Finals (Latin on 14, Standard on 15 Decmeber). Click here to access the "Live from Shanghai, CHN" blog. Go there!
