Factors Influencing the Competitive Performance in DanceSport

WDSF has received an urgent request from Alen Miletic, a researcher and PhD student at the Faculty of Kinesiology - University of Split, Croatia, to call on the active athletes for them to contribute to a scientific study on DanceSport.

Miletic and fellow researchers are working on a project and doctoral thesis on

Factors Influencing the Competitive Performance in DanceSport

The project is sponsored by the Croatian Ministry of Science and led by Prof Boris Males, PhD. Through their research the scientists expect to arrive at conclusions that could help in "injury prevention as well as lengthening dancing careers."

The call for athletes to take an online survey is made in their section of this website.

More information on the project is found here!
