Wroclaw Bound 02/03/2017

The World Games 2013 Cali | Standard © Camacho 148 dancers altogether - 24 couples each in Latin and Standard, 14 couples in Acrobatic Rock 'n' Roll plus 12 couples in Salsa - have received and accepted their invitations to compete in one of the four DanceSport events at The World Games 2017 Wroclaw.

The venue that is assigned to WDSF is the the Centennial Hall, a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Salsa and Standard are contested on Friday 28 July, Latin and Rock 'n' Roll on Saturday 29 July.  The starting time on both days is 18:45 CEST.

Thee overall programme for athletes and officials involved in The World Games 2017 is the following:

  • 25 July: Jet Lag Day (arrival day for participants travelling to Wroclaw, POL, from outside of Europe)
  • 26 July: Arrival Day (for participants from Europe)
  • 27 July: Training Day (in the late p.m.)
  • 28 July: Competition Day (Salsa, Standard)
  • 29 July: Competition Day (Latin, Rock 'n' Roll)
  • 30 July: Departure Day

DanceSport tickets start at 20 PLN per day.
