Bidding Procedure

Abstract

The image of a sport and its reputation for both athletes and the public are best represented by the quality of the organisation of the major events. Consequently, each Member Body seeking to stage the WDSF DanceSport Championships which make up the WDSF television package (WDSF World DanceSport Championship in Standard, Latin and Ten Dance and WDSF European DanceSport Championship in Standard and Latin) must be aware and fully informed of the demands and expectations made on it by the WDSF at the time of bidding.

The procedures contained in these documents have been drawn up to assist any potential organiser prepare its bid and understand its obligations towards the International Federation.
