The WDSF Finance Commission reviews the financial affairs of WDSF. The members of the commission act in an internal audit capacity, ensuring

• that all financial affairs are being properly conducted by WDSF,
• that the accounting records are maintained according to International Financial Reporting Standards,
• and that WDSF adhere to an efficient and transparent budgeting and financial control process.

The Finance Commission makes recommendations on the strategy to be followed by WDSF for its investments and monitors that such strategy is followed or updated based on changing conditions in the financial markets.

The Finance Commission reports on an annual basis to the General Meeting.
