We have talked about it in an earlier post already, but we believe that this short video should give you an even better grasp of the philosophy that underlies the concept of "dancing judges" in breaking. It is just one of the particularities that can be traced back to the earliest days in the emergence of the dance and its culture.
Three of the "Breaking for Gold" judges officiate at a national competition held during the 2017 GrandSlam in Hong Kong and show their own moves to the crowd in attendance as well as to the b-boys and girls they are judging. It's all a matter of respect!
