In all but two weeks Denmark has been able to celebrate two World Champion couples. And one is now a two-time champion.

All of these couples have been captured not only on video but as still photography as well. Operating two cameras at once, Helmut generated 100% of all content that went up on this blog along a very long day. No wonder that he has now chosen to retire. We will post one more video of Bjoern Bitsch and Ashli Williamson doing their dance of honour, immediately afterwards we call it a night too and upload more tomorrow morning.

Helmut has to contend with a line at the hotel that uploads at 220 Kbps only. Hence it will likely take all night for us to get the clips up. We have also noted poor sound on some of them. It might have to do with Helmut's camera position close to floor-side speakers. In any case, it seems to improve in the latest clips we have received.
We were/are slow in getting the videos up, we had our share of problems to establish a continuous flow of information between the venue in Shanghai and this blog, but we are spot on when it comes to publishing the full results of the 2011 World Ten Dance.

As to the videos, Helmut is on his way back to the hotel and will start, and try to resume, the uploading of the video files from there. Once we get them in, it should take us no longer than 20 minutes to turn them around, to put them on the WDSF YouTube channel DanceSport Total and post all of them here as well.
Speaking of DanceSport Total, while we waited for footage to come in from China, we uplopaded everything we had archived of the 2011 World Standard in Moscow.
