More Live From ... Coming Up

Russian Open Championships 2012 As this blog gets moved to the archives tomorrow, WDSF Communications launches another one in the immediate future. The Russian Open Championships are on all this week at the Crocus Expo in Moscow. The Russian DanceSport Union has rebranded them as "Dance Accord 2012" and includes a number of top-level WDSF competitions in their line-up (see left) between 25 and 28 October.

A WDSF Communications team will be on location at the Crocus Expo on 26 and 27 October to bring you coverage on the 2012 WDSF GrandSlam Standard Moscow and the 2012 WDSF World Youth Ten Dance through the "Live from Moscow" blog that will go up here on Thursday.

When "Live from ..." Means "LIVE FROM ..."

Eurosport One week later, on Sunday 4 November, WDSF and the organiser of the Platja d'Aro Dance Festival will join forces to bring you the 2012 GrandSlam Standard, the World Open Latin and the International Wheelchair Open Latin LIVE ON EUROSPORT 1 ... as well as on EUROSPORT ASIA.

As the first competitions to be broadcast live on the pan-European sports channel and on EUROSPORT ASIA, it will set the standards for global exposure that the World DanceSport Federation and the organisers expect to secure for the GrandSlam Series and other events in future years.
