2014 World Showdance STD | The Starting List

Kaohsiung, TPE - 17 September © Roland Three-time World Showdance Standard Champions Simone Segatori and Annette Sudol have decided not to defend their title here in Chengdu, CHN. After their win at the GrandSlam in Wuhan last weekend, they departed China. "Three times is enough and our focus is on other important events coming up soon," said Annette, referring to the next GrandSlam leg in Moscow, RUS, and the World Standard in Vienna, AUT. 

Fellow Germans and last year's runners-up Valentin Lusin - Renata Busheeva stayed on after the GrandSlam and travelled here directly from Wuhan. And the couple that took third place in the World Showdance in Beijing, CHN, last year - Anton Belyayev - Antoaneta Popova - came all the way from Canada ... And here is the starting list with all 14 couples.
