WDSF President Lukas Hinder chairs the Competition Manipulation Task Force (CCM TF), which had held its third meeting of the year on Saturday, 18 November, prior to the 2017 World Latin in Vienna, AUT. The focus was kept entirely on strategy. The meeting involved only the three members: Hinder, Harri Syväsalmi, a renowned specialist on ethics in sports, and Daniel Stehlin, the WDSF Disciplinary Council Chairman, who contributes to the task force's work with his extensive experience as public prosecutor and legal expert.
President Hinder remained in Vienna for the "Adjudicators' Debrief" on Sunday. It was the CCM TF which had suggested the implementation of debriefing sessions after major competitions, and he was keen to observe how they were conducted. And also how they were accepted by the high-profile judges who had officiated at the World Latin the night before.
