On September 14, 2006 IDSF President Carlos Freitag and 1st Vice President Vince Bain held informal discussions in Barcelona, Spain with World Dance Council (WDC) President Donnie Burns and WDC Vice-Presidents Svein Rotvold and Fred Bijster.
