PD World Cup Smooth Moscow 05/12/2021

Professional Division starts a new project. There will be a new discipline in PD competitions: Smooth.

Smooth is a dance style consisting of 4 dances: Waltz, Tango, Foxtrott and Viennese Waltz. Smooth is characterized by its great freedom in artistry and choreography and allows dancers to create their own unique style and look. Technique is similar to Standard Dances, but it allows open movements and figures similar to Latin in hand/body connections.

The organisation of the first PD World Cup in Smooth was held in Moscow on 4th of December 2021. 11 couples from 3 countries had come to Moscow to dance the PD World Cup Smooth.
