Before doing so, WDSF wants to thank the Spanish DanceSport Federation (FEBD) who organized two beautiful events despite the difficult situation we all face. The Spanish NMB made it possible for the selected couples representing European NMB’s to compete in these important Sport Series qualifying events.
Both events were live streamed on our WDSF channels.
WDSF Sports Commission developed the World Games qualification system based on the principle of universality, seeking to achieve a satisfactory balance between the performance of the couples and the fair representation of as many as possible nations and continents. It total 23 couples will compete in The World Games Standard and Latin disciplines.
According to the WDSF The World Games Qualification System and after the results of the European Continental Qualifiers the following 16 Standard and 16 Latin couples from Europe are qualified to The World Games in Birmingham, Alabama, USA.
As soon as the other continents have concluded their nominations the WDSF will distribute the final starting lists for The World Games 2022.
