The Congress is also an opportunity for local Breaking communities to strengthen ties with their WDSF National Member Bodies (NMBs) and vice versa. Interested breakers are encouraged to contact their NMBs for sign-up information and other details.

“Organising successful Breaking battles at the Olympic Games remains our top priority,” said WDSF President Shawn Tay. “And to do so will require excellent teamwork between the WDSF and the Breaking community, so we hope all breakers, inside and outside of the WDSF, will take the opportunity to join the Congress as we continue together on the road to Paris 2024.”

A similar Congress for Standard and Latin dancers will be held on 23rd and 25th June.
