Whether the mega-event will continue to grow gets decided over the next two weekends in Rimini and nearby Riccione. More than 2,000 "competitive units," that's individuals, couples and groups of all sizes, are again expected to dance between today and 31 January, on altogether nine days of competition. While the Championships Latin and Standard for all age groups take place between 24 and 31 January at the Rimini Congress Halls, as usual, all other DanceSport disciplines are contested this weekend at the Playhall in Riccione, another Adriatic resort only about 20 km from Rimini.
