WDSF President Hinder talks about the launch of the new streaming platform DanceSport Total.

"We had envisioned to produce the 2018 European Championship Standard as part of our established 'Best of DanceSport' television series and distribute it to broadcasters around Europe. As it turns out, WDSF,  DanceSport Denmark and the Copenhagen organisers assume the role of an exclusive broadcaster between them, streaming it live and to the world on DanceSportTotal.com.

"WDSF will roll out the new streaming platform on Friday 16 February. On the following day, it will get inaugurated with the live transmission from the Tivoli Congress Centre!

"DanceSport events need this exposure. Having their only audiences at the venue can no longer suffice, even if these should range in the thousands and be of the most sought-after demographics. Only by giving everybody the opportunity to watch – from wherever he or she wants to tune in on the device of his or her choice – the sport and the athletes get the exposure they deserve."
