World Championship Junior 2 Standard and World Championship Senior 1 Ten Dance 02/11/2018

ROC 2018 Junior 2 Standard podium

There will be two generations of athletes dancing their best in Sibiu, Romania this weekend.

On Saturday the best Junior 2 Standard couples of the World will do their best for the title. There are 69 young couples from 42 countries registered, ready to dazzle us on the dance floor. All the finalists of 2017 have moved on to Youth age group, which means there will be new names on the podium.

There are some very experienced young dancers in Sibiu World Championships, but there are also some couples participating for the first time. Nevertheless, they have all been nominated by their National Member Bodies which means they all have shown and proven that they are ready to join the Big Dance Floor of the World Championships. We are really looking forward to seeing them all doing their best and showing all of them the support they deserve!

On Sunday the World Championships continue with Senior 1 Ten Dance. There are 26 couples from 17 countries participating, including all medallists and five out of six finalists of 2017. These couples have experience both on and off the dance floor and they show example to many of the Junior 2 couples of previous day. We wish all of them the best of luck to the competition!

Both Championships in Sibiu have their first rounds at 12:45 local time, which is 11:45 CET. There will be a multi-camera stream in Full HD image and sound quality available here!

We are also happy to support the organisers of METU Open in Turkey and provide you with a live stream link here. Draft broadcast timetable of the event is on Saturday with multi-camera from 16:00 to 19:00 CET, and on Sunday at 17:00-21:00 CET.
