59 couples representing 33 WDSF National Member Bodies compete in the 2013 European DanceSport Championship Latin in Krasnodar, RUS, on 6 April.

Adjudicators and cameras were set up on the “B” side of the floor in Cambrils whereas the bulk of the spectators sat opposite on what was – without any doubt – the “A” side. During the first two solo dances in the final, all couples favoured the A side by performing towards the cheering public there – and by turning their backs on the Adjudicators as well as the cameras.
"Do your dance in Kaohsiung," the title reads in Chinese calligraphy. The official slogan for the DanceSport Games (16 to 20 September) is certainly appropriate on a day like today as well. This goes for all 60 couples competing in the European Latin: Do Your Dance in Krasnodar!

Interview partners are hard to come by at this time of the day. Particularly so, if quite a few of them are still looking for their lugagge that didn't quite keep up with their air travel to the final destination.
