Meet The Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games Athletes: B-Boy Littleman on Making the Audience Feel, Self-Belief, and The Youth Olympic Stage
Redefining Breaking with a deeper purpose, B-Boy Littleman reflects on being a Youth Olympic Breaker.
Szymon Dmoch, known across the global Breaking scene as B-Boy Littleman, is preparing to carry the Polish flag in 2026 Youth Olympic Games. As one of the standout figures in Breaking, he approaches the global scene with deep appreciation for his journey:
“I felt incredibly excited about the opportunity to represent my country and myself on such a big stage as the Youth Olympic Games.”, Szymon shares.
Building A Unique Style
Under the weight of Olympic expectations, intentional preparation grounds Szymon’s daily training regimen. Before big competitions, music serves as his anchoring ritual, reconnecting him to his core identity and self before stepping into the cypher
“I remind myself of my own value to build my self-confidence before the battle”, Littleman adds.
Characterizing him as expressive, light, and individual, B-Boy Littleman champions authenticity over technical repetition. His training reinforces mental conditioning and reminds us that mental training is as vital to elite performance as physical mastery. For Szymon, true competitive greatness begins by embracing the personal essence of who you are on the cypher and as an artist.
A Purpose Beyond Podiums
Qualifying among the 12 athletes to represent his country in the Youth Olympic Games marks a defining milestone in Szymon’s career and a historic triumph for Poland. As the second Polish B-Boy to secure an Olympic spot since Breaking made its Youth Olympic debut in Buenos Aires (2018), his competitive footprint is unmistakable. Yet, Szymon’s ambitions extend past execution and podium achievements.
B-Boy Littleman approaches the stage as a medium for human connection, using musicality and his individual style as tools to move the audience on a visceral level.
“I want to show my style and musicality as much as I can. I want people not only to see what I do, but also to feel.” – B-Boy Littleman
The Power of Believing
Discipline and emotional resilience form the backbone of Breaking, and for B-Boy Littleman, mental work has proven decisive on his road to the world stage. Recognizing the psychological demands of the sport, he shares his advice with emerging Breakers:
“If you really want something, feel it deep inside you, and believe you can achieve it - it's going to happen. “– B-Boy Littleman
Ultimately, Szymon’s advice reflects the deeper spirit of Breaking: an authentic artistic discipline meant to evoke feeling and connection. Bridging athletic preparation with his creative conviction, he honors the roots of Break culture.
“Believe in yourself and never give up on your dreams.” – B-Boy Littleman
