Beyond Performance: Building Resilience and Identity for Clean Sport

ITA July Webinar: Mental Resilience and Clean Sport

The psychological side of sport takes center stage in the upcoming monthly session hosted by the International Testing Agency (ITA) on 16 July 2026. This interactive broadcast moves away from purely regulatory topics to focus on the human element: how a balanced life and mental strength serve as a shield against doping risks.

The session, titled Beyond Performance: Building Resilience and Identity for Clean Sport, offers practical tools to handle competitive pressure and build a solid personal identity that exists independently of competitive results.
