Waltzing in Vienna will again be highly topical as the traditional Viennese Waltz Championship goes into its 50th edition. You will remember, the Austrian Open and all of Vienna celebrated the 200th anniversary of the Waltz that carries the city in its name back in 2014. Austrian dancers in attire that reflected the passage of time and an international flash mob on the floor of the Multiversum rendered homage to the Viennese Waltz then.
What's in store to celebrate the first 50 years of the Viennese Waltz tournament we don't know, but we are sure that it will be another befitting act.
