Going into this edition of the WDSF World DanceSport Championship ShowDance Latin, the official name since the change from "Freestyle Latin" in 2012, Fedor Poliansky and Dina Akhmetgareeva, RUS, have had two second and two third places to their credit.
They always seemed to be satisfied with the result they obtained in an event that - by its very nature - seems to be particularly difficult to adjudicate. Third, second, alternatingly from 2013 ... They always took it in stride. Not this time!
