Adjudicators' Congress Stuttgart 11/08/2013

Fiat Lux As always an Adjudicators' Congress precedes the traditional German Open Championships. What makes the one of 2013 exceptional is the fact that it is multidisciplinary - and that it extends over three days.

On Saturday the focus was on Wheelchair and Formation DanceSport. Today's overiding theme is Show Dance, with different lectures addressing specific topics such as "Choreographic Components" and "Judging Criteria" in this new discipline. Tomorrow's lectures cover Latin and Standard.

A WDSF Communications team is on site and will produce brief video summaries on a few of the lectures. The first ones will go up here later today.

And a reminder: pan-European and pan-Asian sports network EUROSPORT airs the semi-finals and finals of the two WDSF GrandSlam events in Stuttgart, GER, on 17 August.

The "Live from Stuttgart" blog becomes active from Monday 12 August. The blog is already up, click here!
