DanceSport Mourns Milan Štiavnický 29/10/2013

Milan Štiavnický

It is with great sadness that the Presidium of the World DanceSport Federation must inform of the passing of our good friend and colleague Mr Milan Štiavnický on 24 October at the age of 80.

Milan was a legend in the annals of Slovakian and Czechoslovakian DanceSport. Finalist in World and European Championships and winner of the most prestigious Opens during his active career, Milan went on to be come a successful choreographer and trainer at the Bratislava Interklub. He served many years as a WDSF Adjudicator too.

Funeral services for Milan Štiavnický will be held in Bratislava, SVK, today 29 October.
