Meet ITA Educator Derek Ryan at the WDSF World Breaking Championship!

We are delighted to announce that International Testing Agency (ITA) Educator Derek Ryan will be joining us to deliver an anti-doping education presentation on 22 September from 19:00 and host an anti-doping information booth on 23 September in the Athlete Lounge at the Ladeuzeplein Square.

Get ready for an engaging experience where all your questions on anti-doping will be answered!

The presentation and the information booth are open to everyone, and attendance is strongly encouraged – please do come and say hello and learn more about this important subject! Derek would be delighted to meet you to discuss any aspect of anti-doping and to answer your individual questions, including the following:

  • Understanding the Prohibited List and checking medications
  • The Doping Control Process
  • Applying for a Therapeutic Use Exemption
  • Learning about the Anti-Doping Rule Violations (ADRVs)
  • Your rights and responsibilities related to anti-doping

By visiting the ITA presentation or booth in the Athlete Lounge at the Ladeuzeplein Square and interacting with Derek, all athletes and ASP will have the chance to learn more about anti-doping, how it impacts Breaking and how they can be empowered to play an active role in #KeepingSportReal.
