In SD Latin, Fedor Poliansky – Dina Akhmetgareeva (RUS) won the Championship title 2018, being third in 2017 in Chengdu, and bringing the true orange power moves to the floor! By checking the scores, podium places were a bit clearer this year than a year ago – nevertheless the same couples reached the three highest scores. First runners-up were last year´s winners, Anton Aldaev – Natalia Polukhina (RUS).
Showdance Standard was a joyful competition colored with traditional national costumes and styles. World Championship title was taken by the Russian couple Dmitry Pleshkov – Anastasia Kulbeda (RUS), being 2nd last year, right after Björn Bitsch – Ashli Williamson (DEN), who left their podium place free for new candidates, continuing their career in PD.
