Thanking The Viewer 04/12/2013

YouTube The WDSF YouTube channel DanceSport Total was launched in 2009 as an experiment. With the publication of the first "Live from ..." blogs in that and the following year arose the need for an efficient system of delivering video content to the followers.

YouTube was not only the best, it was also the most affordable option at the time. Eventually, DanceSport Total came to enjoy the benefits of being a YouTube partner channel.

It lies in the nature of DanceSport that the video content was the most crucial ingredient in the mix of coverage that was produced on the championships and other top competitions. Write-ups, photos and expert opinions, nothing was able to drive traffic to these blogs more than video.

When WDSF Communications rolled out its new website in February 2011, the concept of "Live from ..." coverage was refined further and the videos were assigned even more prominence on the site itself. From there the audiences - visitors to the site as well as viewers of the YouTube videos -started to grow exponentially. And they haven't stopped ever since.  280,000 videos were viewed over the World Latin weekend alone.

WDSF Communications wishes to thank the audiences here and on our YouTube channel DanceSport Total for their loyalty!
