The Final Standing 08/09/2018

2018 WDSF World Cup STD Chengdu Final Until the problems with the posting of the results from the venue of the 2018 World Cup Standard in Chengdu, CHN, are sorted out. This post should suffice to inform you about the results of the finals: Madis Abel - Aleksandra Galkina, EST,won rather convincingly, four points ahead of the runners-up Evgeny Nikitin - Anastasia Miliutina, RUS, and the third placed-couple Dmitri Kolobov - Signe Busk, DEN.

What does come as a suprise - at least a little - are the final scores the top couples were awarded in this World Cup. If we compare them to the most recent GrandSlam results, we observe that they are decidedly more than ten points lower - virtually across the board.

As soon as the scrutineer, Dr Stephan Rath, is able to forward the full results, we'll know more!
