While the winners in 2007 were selected exclusively by televoting viewers in the participating countries - and by a stand-by jury in Greece, where the programme was not aired live due to forest fires ravaging part of the country - a panel of four IDSF Adjudicators will also award points on the traditional Eurovision scale from 1 to "douze" (12) points this time around.
The IDSF Adudicators are all from non-participating countries: France, Germany, Singapore and Slovenia. They will have the voting weight of four countries. More on the panel soon!
