While in Québec, CAN, for the annual SportAccord Convention, WDSF President Carlos Freitag was asked his views on delivering sports through YouTube by Sport Event Denmark, one of the industry exhibitors.

Fact is that the WDSF channel DanceSport Total has become an important outlet for coverage on championships and other major competitions. Viewing is as strong as ever, with an average of 20,000 views per day.

WDSF Communications uses the hiatus in its calendar of competitions to be covered and produces "Final Reels" of past events. Just two days ago another reel was added: the U-21 World Latin held in Aarhus, DEN, one of the sporting competitions supported by Sport Event Denmark. More than 1,200 videos are currently available on DanceSport Total.
