Booking Process

To reserve a practice slot, participants are required to follow the process below:

  • Complete the online booking form indicating the preferred date, room and time slot(s).
  • Once the request is received, availability will be reviewed by the organization.
  • If the requested slot(s) are available, a payment link will be sent by email.
  • The reservation will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
  • After payment confirmation, the selected slot(s) will be officially allocated and blocked.

Please note:

  • The fee is 10 CHF per person and per hour.
  • If the practice is conducted with a coach, the reservation must include three people (couple + coach/ solo+ coach).
  • Availability is limited and slots are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
  • Unpaid reservations may be released.
