Accommodation
The official hotel is the South Pacific Hotel.
Free allocation is covered up to one double room for B-Boys and one double room for B-Girls per Asian NMB for 3 nights (20–23 November 2026).
Athletes not on the NMB nomination list are responsible for their own accommodation but can book at a discounted rate here.
Please note: The discount is only available for bookings from 19 to 24 November 2026.

Visa Support
Participants requiring visa support should contact the organiser at [email protected] with a completed visa application form before 12 October 2026.
Visa-free requirements can be checked independently via the Immigration Department page.
Transportation
The recommended airport is Hong Kong International Airport.
Airport pick-up will be arranged for participating athletes and team officials staying at the official hotel.
