How do I change my surname in my WDSF profile (athlete or official)?
Athletes
If your surname has changed (e.g., marriage), please contact your National Member Body’s RLS Administrator and request an update to your profile. They will guide you and submit the change in the Registration & Licensing System (RLS) once
your documents are verified.
What to send your RLS Administrator:

Proof of name change (e.g., marriage certificate, court order, or government-issued confirmation).

A copy of a valid ID/passport showing the new surname.

Your WDSF MIN for identification.
Officials (Adjudicators, Chairpersons, DJs, Scrutineers, Invigilators, Examiners, etc.)
Please write to WDSF Academy with your request. The Academy will verify your documents and update your record.
What to send to WDSF Academy:
