In 2025, sportsXpert joined the World DanceSport Federation as its Official Accommodation Partner, bringing cutting-edge expertise in sports travel and event management to the DanceSport community.

With this new partnership, sportsXpert now brings its high-quality services to the world of DanceSport. The collaboration was successfully implemented for the first time at the WDSF DanceSport Festival in Blackpool in April 2025, delivering an enhanced accommodation experience for participants and organisers alike.

Through this partnership, sportsXpert provides a state-of-the-art booking platform tailored to the needs of WDSF-sanctioned competitions. The platform integrates effortlessly with existing event registration systems and ensures consistent branding, while offering exclusive rates, streamlined group bookings, and dedicated customer support. This enhances the overall experience for athletes, officials, and spectators, while supporting the growth and success of each competition.

Beyond accommodation, sportsXpert offers a comprehensive range of travel related services, including flight management, ground transport, VIP and VVIP arrivals, health and crisis support, visa assistance, sustainability consulting, and data-driven advisory for event organisers.
