Live from the Liederhalle in Stuttgart, GER ... 15/07/2011


2011 WDSF Grand Slam Stuttgart The WDSF Communications team is gearing up to provide extensive coverage on the two Grand Slam events held as part of the 2011 German Open Championships in Stuttgart, GER.

Team members will be on location for the duration of the event and produce the trademark "nearly real-time" coverage on the preliminaries as well as a genuine live feed of the decisive stages of the competition.

The "Live from the Liederhalle ..." blog has been launched today. Click here! With one month to go until the 2011 Grand Slam Stuttgart, WDSF Communications will try to post as much pre-event information as possible on the blog. Another initiative that ties in with the German Open Championships, a WDSF DanceSport Academy workshop held on 15 August in Stuttgart, will also be covered through the blog. Stay tuned!

WDSF DanceSport Academy Workshop

Viennese Waltz Workshop The DanceSport Academy Workshopis staged concurrently with the 2011 German Open in Stuttgart on 15 August. It focuses on the "Development of the Viennese Waltz", with the IDSF Professional Division acting as co-organiser. Slovenian pros Luca Bussoleti and Tjasa Vulic will demonstrate open choreography in the Viennese Waltz.
