Objective

To provide training for current WDSF Licensed Standard and Latin Adjudicators and new applicants of the WDSF Adjudicator's License. Additionally, the congress is open to WDSF athletes and registered observers, offering them an opportunity to further understand the WDSF judging criteria and improve their competitive performance.

Eligibility Criteria for WDSF Adjudicators

The Congress is open to

1. All WDSF A, B and C Licensed Adjudicators for Standard and Latin Disciplines
2. Approved WDSF Adjudicators B and C license applicants
3. For new WDSF Adjudicator´s License applicants: Registration for this congress is permitted only for those who have completed the entire online WDSF Adjudicator application before the closing date.
4. New applicants for the WDSF Adjudicators´ License should consult the WDSF Competition Rules to ensure all prerequisites are met

Please note

• Current WDSF Adjudicators are encouraged to participate in this congress, which will also qualify for a two-year extended validity of the Adjudicator’s Licenses.
• The General Knowledge Test (GKT) and the English Comprehension Test (ECT) will be conducted at this congress.

Eligibility Criteria for Athletes and Observers

The Congress is open to

1. WDSF Athletes (with WDSF MIN) and other DanceSport enthusiast (observers).
2. For observers at a WDSF congress, the registration can only be done via their WDSF National Member Body (NMB). The NMB can pay for the observer online or delegate the payment to the observer.

Course Fee (One-Day Course)

For Adjudicator's License applicants and other observers

• CHF 100.00
• All payments for WDSF Adjudicator's License applicants, current WDSF officials and other observers must be made online.
• No registration or entry is allowed on the day of the course and no late registration will be accepted.

For WDSF Athletes

• CHF 100.00; payment must be done online.
• No registration or entry is allowed on the day of the course and no late registration will be accepted.

Registration Deadlines

• New WDSF Adjudicator's License applications (to be submitted by the NMB) no later than 10 March 2026, 23:59 GMT

• Congress registration and payment shall close on March 21, 2025, 23:59 GMT
