IF Webinar Series 2026 Continues with Second Session on Prohibited List, Medications, TUEs and Supplements

The World DanceSport Federation (WDSF), in collaboration with the International Testing Agency (ITA), continues the IF Webinar Series – Edition 2 (2026) with its second educational session taking place tomorrow, Wednesday 29 April 2026 (14:00–15:00 CEST).

IF Webinar Series 2026 Continues with Second Session on Prohibited List, Medications, TUEs and Supplements

Following the successful opening webinar on Anti-Doping Introduction, this second session will focus on one of the most practical and relevant areas of clean sport education: the Prohibited List, Medications, Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs), and Supplements, including the principle of Strict Liability.

This interactive webinar is designed to provide athletes, coaches, and Athlete Support Personnel with clear and practical guidance on key anti-doping topics, including how prohibited substances are categorised, how to manage medication use safely, and how to understand the risks associated with supplements.

A particular emphasis will be placed on the principle of Strict Liability, which confirms that athletes are responsible for any prohibited substance found in their body, regardless of intent or fault. The session will also address the correct use of Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs), which may be granted in specific medical circumstances under strict criteria.

As with all sessions in the series, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with anti-doping experts and ask questions in real time.

Open access to the series

Participation in the IF Webinar Series is free of charge and open to the entire DanceSport community. Registration is required only once and provides access to all three webinars in the series, including live participation and on-demand recordings.

You can register by clicking here.

Upcoming session

The final webinar will take place on Wednesday 6 May 2026 and will cover Testing procedures, the Athlete Biological Passport (ABP), Testing Pools, and Whereabouts requirements.

WDSF strongly encourages all athletes, coaches, and officials to take part in this important initiative, which aims to strengthen clean sport awareness and ensure the DanceSport community remains fully informed of its responsibilities under the World Anti-Doping Code.
